Whistleblowing Policy
i12 Katong is committed to conducting its business with integrity, accountability and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

As part of this commitment, i12 Katong provides a whistleblowing channel for employees, tenants, vendors, contractors, customers and other stakeholders to report, in good faith, any actual or suspected illegal, unethical, fraudulent or improper conduct.

Making a Report
Reports may be submitted via email to: ethicsline@i12katong.sg

Reports should include, where possible, sufficient details to allow the matter to be properly reviewed, such as the nature of the concern, date and location of the incident, parties involved, and any supporting information or documents.

All reports made in good faith will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and reviewed by authorised representatives of i12 Katong. i12 Katong does not tolerate retaliation against any person who raises a genuine concern in good faith.
